PRIVACY POLICY AND COOKIES OF THE WEBSITE CZERWINSKI.PL

On 25 May 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“RODO”) became effective in Poland. Due to the fact that we pay special attention to the privacy law, we would like to provide you with information concerning the processed personal data.

I. Administrator of personal data.

II. Purpose and legal basis of the processing of personal data.

Personal data are processed for the following purposes:

1. to take action at your request before concluding a contract (the legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the AROC)

2. the performance of the contract pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the AROC, and to the extent that the provision of data is optional – pursuant to your consent, i.e. Article 6(1)(a) of the AROC;

3. fulfil the legal obligations incumbent upon the Administrator under the generally binding provisions of law (the legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(c) of the RODO Act);

4. the Administrator’s legitimate interest in the possible determination or recovery of claims or defence against claims (the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator, i.e. Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO).

III. Data retention period.

Personal data will be processed for a period of at least one year after the execution of the contract, unless the parties agreed otherwise in the contract, and in the case of data provided optionally – until the withdrawal of consent, but not longer than for the duration of the contract. The period of data processing may be extended each time by the period of limitation of claims or defence against such claims by the Administrator. After this period, the data will be processed only to the extent and for the period required by law, including accounting regulations.

IV. Recipients of personal data.

Data may be transferred to employees, cooperating persons, suppliers of IT systems and services, postal operators and couriers, entities providing services necessary for the Administrator to perform the contract concluded with you and the authorities entitled to receive your data on the basis of the law.

V.Profiling.

Your data will not be subject to profiling.

VI. Rights of data subjects.
You have the right to: access the data, receive a copy of it, rectify and delete it, transfer it, limit the processing, object to the data processing, withdraw the consent at any time and file a complaint with the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data.

VII. Information concerning the voluntary nature or the requirement to provide personal data.

Providing personal data is necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract, except for data marked as optional, the provision of which is voluntary. You are not obliged to disclose them, and the consequence of not providing personal data will be the impossibility to perform the contract and contact you.

VIII. cookie files ( “cookies”)

When you use the website https://czerwinski.pl/, your data such as IP address, domain name, browser type and operating system are automatically collected.

Data is collected through cookies and Google Analytics (web analytics system) and may be stored in server logs. Only the Administrator of personal data and, for technical reasons, trusted entities, whose technologies we use, have access to the information.

The collected data are used for the proper functioning of the website, monitoring the status of the session and statistics of the website visits. Session cookies remain on your devices until you leave the website or turn off your browser, and permanent cookies until the time specified in the parameters of the file or manual deletion by you.
